Kingston BETA- this Thursday Nov 13th ahead of Global Entrepreneurship Week 2014

Ahead of Global Entrepreneurship Week 2014, we at Connectimass Foundation reflect on our tech event Kingston BETA– which is the first and longest running Tech Community meetup in the Caribbean. It’s also just ahead of celebrating 8 years in kickstarting the tech startup movement here in Jamaica, when we had our first event on February 28th, 2007. At that meetup  with 90 early tech adopter attendees and 3 Caribbean countries represented. It has grown into  the hub of Jamaica’s tech startup scene and a platform of inspiration and connection also for a number of Caribbean entrepreneurs-over 60 events, 6000 attendees and 200 entrepreneurs who have pitched their ideas.  More
